“ Fantastic experience here. Wasn’t sure at first, but then the nice guy out front sold me on it. As soon as I came in the staff was welcoming and very enthusiastic about the food and the drinks. This is always a tell tale sign that it’s going to be good. I ordered the 7 course tasting and a cocktail. It was totally worth it. They replaced one of the dishes in the menu with another dish as I am not a fan of mushrooms. The pork belly and Watermelon Tiradito are a MUST. The watermelon sounds weird but it’s absolutely fantastic. The cocktails are very different from what you’ll see everywhere else as well which is a refreshing break and they were delicious. If you’re in town, this place is a definite try. It’s great that they are taking a fun new twist on some of the traditional styles! ”

The modern feel of the restaurante curated a certain esteem that beckoned us forth through the front door. While the host and the chef both made appearances at our table, Alex and Lorena took care of us for the evening. I have rarely experienced better service. Amazing treatment and very knowledgeable of the food. I don’t get many opportunities to eat art and emotion and history, but this chef’s food was how you say...audaz! I will always come back. ”
